These Terms set out the conditions for booking and using the scuba diving and related services (the "Service") provided by Nautilus Dive Jeju (the "Company").
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and customers who book or use the Service (the "User").
Article 2 (Booking and Payment)
- Users may book via the Company's website, by phone, or through partner platforms.
- A booking is confirmed upon the Company's confirmation (contact).
- Payment is made by on-site payment, advance deposit, or platform payment; the specific method and timing are confirmed when the booking is confirmed.
Article 3 (Cancellation and Refund)
If the User cancels a booking for personal reasons, refunds follow the criteria below.
- Notice up to 3 days before the service date: full refund
- Notice 2 days before the service date: refund minus 50% of the paid amount
- Notice 1 day before through the service day: no cancellation or refund
- If the service date has not yet been confirmed: full refund
- No-show (booked but did not visit): no refund
※ Bookings made through partner platforms (such as MyRealTrip) follow the cancellation and refund rules of that platform.
Article 4 (Cancellation by the Company, e.g. Bad Weather)
- If diving is not possible due to weather conditions affecting safety (typhoons, high waves, strong winds), the Company may cancel the booking or change the schedule.
- In such cases the User is offered a choice of a full refund or a schedule change.
- The User shall not object to the Company's safety-based cancellation decisions.
Article 5 (Safety and Health Disclosure)
- Scuba diving involves physical activity; Users must be in a state of health suitable for diving.
- Participation may be restricted for safety in the following cases: cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, pregnancy, intoxication, certain medications, and similar conditions.
- Users must truthfully disclose their health condition before booking and participating; the Company is not responsible for issues arising from non-disclosure.
- Users must follow the instructor's safety instructions; the Company's liability may be limited for accidents caused by failure to follow instructions.
Article 6 (Obligations of the Company)
- The Company provides internationally certified instructors and verified equipment for a safe service.
- The Company complies with applicable laws and safety rules.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company's liability may be limited for damage arising from causes beyond its control, such as force majeure, the User's intent or negligence, or non-disclosure of health conditions.
Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)
- The Company may amend these Terms when necessary and will announce changes on the website.
- These Terms take effect on July 10, 2026.
