These Terms set out the conditions for booking and using the scuba diving and related services (the "Service") provided by Nautilus Dive Jeju (the "Company").
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and customers who book or use the Service (the "User").
Article 2 (Booking and Payment)
- Users may book via the Company's website, by phone, or through partner platforms.
- A booking is confirmed upon the Company's confirmation (contact).

Article 3 (Cancellation and Refund)
If the User cancels a booking for personal reasons, refunds follow the criteria below.

Article 5 (Safety and Health Disclosure)
- Scuba diving involves physical activity; Users must be in a state of health suitable for diving.
- Participation may be restricted for safety in the following cases: [e.g. cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, pregnancy, intoxication, certain medications — state actual criteria].
- Users must truthfully disclose their health condition before booking and participating; the Company is not responsible for issues arising from non-disclosure.

Article 6 (Obligations of the Company)
- The Company provides internationally certified instructors and verified equipment for a safe service.
- The Company complies with applicable laws and safety rules.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company's liability may be limited for damage arising from causes beyond its control, such as force majeure, the User's intent or negligence, or non-disclosure of health conditions.
